Hello,
My name is Aurel Neagu, and I am from Romania.
I am not a swimming instructor .
On this page, I explain how you can achieve high-level floating.
An observer is required for activation—to transition into the 4th dimension, which is water.
A person who knows how to swim must accompany you every time you enter the water, even if you already know how to swim. This observer can be a friend, a parent, or a swimming instructor. Show them my video so they stay calm and do not panic.
Training using pool entry stairs is the most recommended approach.
Step 1: Go down into the water, hold onto the ladder, hold your breath, and focus on your body. There comes a moment when your body begins to lift toward the surface and holding onto the ladder becomes harder. That is the exact moment of transition—the entire body of water in the pool becomes a single dimension.
Step 2: Step into the water and hold onto the ladder again. When you feel your body rising, let go of the ladder. Do not kick or move your arms or legs, do not exert force against the water, and do not touch anything.
Step 3: As you rise toward the surface, you will feel your head break through. Only a small portion—the crown of your head—will emerge. Adjust your position so that your face emerges instead. Keep your ears submerged under water—do not lift them out.
Step 4: Lean back onto your back; you will float at an incline, much like a floating bottle. To help your legs lift, extend your arms alongside your body and head.
If you are already a swimmer, do not be alarmed if you find it difficult to dive back down to the bottom of the pool. You will adapt after about a week, as you need to relearn swimming with this new ability.
Note for competitive athletes: Doing this may temporarily throw off your existing technique and training, so practice this during your vacation.
Important Rule:
During floating, if you touch the pool edge with even a single finger, your legs will sink toward the bottom. You exit the 4th dimension as soon as you touch the 3rd dimension. However, after about 2 years of practice, you will be able to rest your entire palm on the edge and still float effortlessly. That is the point where you can compete even with a swimming champion.
There are people who levitate by connecting the 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension (air) using a staff or stick. This is equivalent to your finger touching the pool bank.
I wish you great success!
